To rollback your computer to a known good state, you can do the following: 1. Right-click on the recovery icon and choose "options"

2. Select "rollback" from the "snapshots and restore" tab

3. Wait for about a minute while the recovery agent talks with its server at The IT Squads datacenter. Then you'll be presented with the next option.
4. Select "continue"

5. Choose the snapshot that you want to roll back to from the list.

6. Select whether to roll back your data files or just the system/program files.
7. Click "continue"
8. The system will perform a snapshot of your current system before rolling back. Once the rollback is complete, your computer will restart and you'll be back to where you were. |
