We have made a lot of exciting changes with the company and believe you will be pleased with them as well. 

For starters, with our growth, we’ve added technicians to help staff the phones and monitor the datacenter. We’ve also queued up some exciting new services that will be of value to you. 

We’ve recently completed a major overhaul to the company website, including a new,  easier to remember URL ­-  http://www.mirrordisk.com/.  The http://www.theitsquad.com/ address will continue to work, but will forward to the new site.  Please take a few minutes to check out the site.  Some of the new features include:

• An easier to use signup process for new customers.
• An automatic 90-day trial period for all new accounts.  We now require only your name and e-mail address to set up the trial account.  We think this will give many people additional peace of mind when trying the service.  Please let your friends and relatives know about this great offer.
• A “my account” section has been added.  Go to the “login” button at the top, enter your customer number (this number begins with the letters CU or MD) and your password.  For members who signed up through Network 21, please use your up line Diamond’s last name as your password.  In this section you can review your contact and billing information for accuracy and see your next billing date.  You can also add a computer to your account.
