1. Download and run the installation file, mirrordisk.exe. After the installation completes, restart your computer.
Click here to download the setup files.
2. When you are prompted to register, do the following: Click the “change” button next to Installation Type and select “reinstall.” Then click register.
3. Find your account from the dropdown menu, select it, then enter your username, password and domain (this is the information that was e-mailed to you when you signed up – please call us if you don’t have this information anymore and we can reset your password for you.
4. After a moment you will get a “congratulations” message. When you are prompted to take an initial snapshot, choose to not take it at this time. |
